Final pricing is confirmed in your personalised written quotation following a site survey. All domestic solar panel and battery storage installations are subject to 0% VAT in accordance with current UK legislation.
4. Installation Services
All installations are carried out by MCS-certified installers in accordance with current building regulations and manufacturer specifications. Installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, supply chain availability, or site conditions discovered during installation. We will communicate any delays promptly. Our standard payment terms are specified in your individual quotation.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their individual terms and conditions. Workmanship is guaranteed for the period specified in your quotation. All installations are covered by an insurance-backed guarantee. Warranty claims should be directed to Solent Solar in the first instance, and we will liaise with manufacturers on your behalf.
6. Cancellation
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of signing a contract, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, please contact us in writing at info@solent-solar.com. If installation has already commenced, cancellation charges may apply to cover materials ordered and work completed.
7. Intellectual Property
