How long does the survey take?
A typical home survey takes 45-60 minutes. We inspect your roof, loft space, and electrical setup, then discuss your energy usage and goals. You will receive a detailed quote within 48 hours.
What should I have ready for the survey?
Ideally, have a recent electricity bill to hand (showing your annual usage in kWh) and any previous quotes for comparison. It also helps if we can access your loft space and fuse board.
How quickly can you install after I accept?
Typically 2-4 weeks from accepting your quote. This includes ordering equipment, completing paperwork, and scheduling your installation. Urgent installs can sometimes be arranged sooner.
Do you offer finance options?
We can discuss finance options during your survey. Many customers choose to pay via bank transfer in stages (deposit, mid-install, completion). We do not currently offer in-house finance but can point you to trusted providers.
